POST SECONDARY INSTITUTES/TRANSCRIPTS–FOR ALL GRADE 12 STUDENTS: All students planning on attending a post-secondary institution in Fall 2019 (including IB Diploma program students), must make sure their transcript is sent to universities and colleges they have applied to, using the Ministry of Education Student Transcript Service. DEADLINES: Students who applied to UBC after December 3 must complete their UBC STS order by January 31. Students who applied to SFU and submitted an entrance scholarship application must complete their SFU STS order by January 15; students who applied to SFU and did NOT submit an entrance scholarship application must complete their SFU STS order by February 28.

5. 网课申请截止日期： 12年级选择网课的同学们注意了， 用网课申请大学的最新要求与截至日期如下：
UBC--- 如果学生想要将网课计入平均分， 所有网课必须在2月1号修完；如果网课用于毕业要求， 则需在6月30号之前修完课程。
SFU-- 所有网课必须在1月31号之前100%修完。
ONLINE/DISTANCE LEARNING COURSES, POST-SECONDARY ADMISSIONS – NEW DEADLINES FOR COMPLETION - Students taking online courses or planning to do so should be aware of the new deadlines for course completion for UBC and SFU:
- For UBC, if you wish to use an online course to calculate your competitive admission average, you must complete it by February 1. If you wish to use it to meet degree-specific admission requirements, you must complete it by June 30.
- For SFU, grades for online courses may be used for admission; however, the course must be 100% complete by January 31.
