Ms. Yao holds a Bachelor’s degree from Zhejiang University and a Master’s degree from Hohai University, and is internationally certified in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language. With over ten years of experience teaching Mandarin and English, she has taught at Tsinghua University’s College of Continuing Education, the Confucius Institute in Coquitlam, and several schools in North America. She is experienced in working with students of different ages and backgrounds and is known for her patient, well-structured, and culturally integrated teaching approach.
